As the british weather is so unpredicatable throughout the year we strongly advise customers if possible to book venues which have an outside area aswell as an inside hall. The hall can be used as a back up plan if the weather is predicted to be bad. The last thing we want to do is cancel any booking, but if high winds, torrential rain, thunder storms etc is highly likely we would have to do so. We take health & safety extremely seriously.
All castles are fitted with shower covers. This is ok for the odd shower, but not for torrential rain all day. This makes it extremely dangerous for the children & spoils the fun!
If a booking is unfortunately cancelled due to poor weather, a alternative date can be arranged or a full refund will be issued the same day!
